Swadh
The foundation of Swadh begins with something that is deep rooted in everyone's culture-Love for a mother. Mr. Mervyn built Swadh out of love for his mother and her selfless contributions to his life. She introduced him to the adventurous world of cooking and spreading love and ever since, he hasn't stopped providing for people who are in search for something that could tickle their taste buds like homely food.
Mr. Mervyn lost his mother at a young age, but he makes sure everybody gets a taste of food that hits home like
'Amma's food'
Motor riding was one of Mr.Mervyn's hobby. He enjoyed his time on the road and always looked forward to new experiences.
Mervyn Albert
Mr. Mervyn is a happily married young man hailing from Bangalore blessed with two sons. He lead a successful life in the banking industry for 14 years working as the Assistant Vice President of a reputed bank before he realized he was chasing the wrong ball in his life. He left his job and with the support of his family, he built the Swadh restaurant in Bangalore from scrap.
Ever since, he has devoted his time to serving people true Kerala style food at the best quality.
